HELI-RAFTING ON THE KARAMEA RIVER

The journey to the river takes you over stunning mountain tops and delivers you directly to the riverbank deep in the heart of the Park. All wet suits, life-jackets, helmets and a full safety briefing and training session are provided before you tackle the river. The more confident you feel, the more you will enjoy this amazing trip. This is a private trip – there are no scheduled trips on the river – so it is highly unlikely you will see a single human being other than your own party in the four to six hours you will spend on the river.
